EIFS AND STUCCO REPAIR
Exterior Renovation first and foremost specializes in the repair of EIFS (Exterior Insulation Finish System) and Stucco cement plaster systems. From removal and replacement of framing and cement plaster to aesthetically matching new claddings to those existing, Exterior Renovations has decades of combined experience. Understanding why and how moisture intrusion compromises EIFS and Stucco installations is the most important element of preventing failures from happening again. By addressing the unique circumstances of each repair we are able to offer the best services in our field available.
WATERPROOFING REPAIR & INSTALLATION
Proper waterproofing is a crucial element to an effective installation of either EIFS or Stucco cement plaster system. Window joint caulking, flashing and scupper repair or installation and EIFS/Stucco termination joints are a few examples of the waterproofing application services we provide. Oftentimes improper or nonexistent waterproofing/water diversion is the greatest contributing factor to moisture intrusion and long-term structural damage to cement plaster siding systems. Whether sealing our own repairs or waterproofing preexisting construction you're guaranteed thorough and professional service.
DECK REPAIR AND SEALANT INSTALLATION
Another common cause of cement plaster system failure is improper drainage and deck waterproofing systems. Exterior Renovation has extensive experience in deck framing and substrate repair, deck elevation curvature correction (in order to divert standing water), drainage systems and the installation of a textured 3-part polycoat deck membrane.
